Fine Dining Tasting Menu with “Endeavour”



Join us for this fabulous introduction to fine dining. A sensory journey of discovery hosted by Endeavour, three brothers with a passion for creative recipes and locally sourced ingredients. This 11-course tasting menu of culinary excellence promises to deliver a celebration of Herefordshire.

A unique and fresh twist on a traditional dining experience, the evening will begin with a bread course and conclude with petit four’s. The remaining nine courses are as followed:

Course 1: Scorched mackerel, escabeche, Coriander foam

Course 2: Chicken mayonnaise, leek powder, Parmesan sable

Course 3: Pine smoked salmon, pannacotta and Chase vodka scraps

Course 4: Guinea fowl, pea, wild garlic and Asparagus fricassee

Course 5: Mangalitsa pork ribeye, apple and Celeriac

Course 6: Roasted pigeon, birch and fermented Sweet corn

Course 7: Chase Gin compressed rhubarb and Caramel mousse

Course 8: Rum, pineapple, coconut and lime

Course 9: Strawberry and chamomile trifle

Each equisite plate has been expertly created and crafted to take you on an adventure of taste and wonder. This is contemporary fine dining at its best.
