Bigfeat in The Speakeasy

“Mighty Welsh Rhythm & Blues… Music from the SOLE!”

Big Feat in The Speakeasy - The Left Bank Village

Bigfeat are a South Wales-based rock and roll band, with influences among the likes of Little Feat and The Allman Brothers Band, as well as modern contemporaries such as Gary Clark Jr and Blackberry Smoke. They have built a solid reputation as a rollicking live outfit, and have become known for their signature sound, sizzling musicianship and craftsmanlike songwriting. Who released our first EP in August 2016 to great local acclaim and a sold-out hometown show in the iconic Patti Pavilion, Swansea.

2017 saw them expand their reach to headline shows in Cardiff, Bristol and Glastonbury; whilst taking the opportunity to start parties at festivals and events across the country including Gower Chilli Festival and Swansea University Summer Ball. The 2018 calendar is already in full swing and they’ll be touring England and Wales throughout the year, in addition to appearing at lots of festivals including Dart Music Festival (Devon) and Farmer Phil’s Music Festival (Shropshire).

Live video of Bigfeat at The Lousiana, Bristol:

“Bigfeat brought a big, beautiful sound to The King Arthur, Glastonbury. Their quality of sound, stunning vocals and hypnotic melodies draw you in and give you a great big musical hug! Totally professional and top notch – we can not wait to welcome them back again”

The King Arthur, Glastonbury

“Bigfeat are such a great band of minstrels with the ability to adapt to a crowd, a great mix of original material with some real tasteful covers thrown in. Bigfeat brought their unique sound & vibe, created a sweet & easy atmosphere, it was an absolute pleasure to host them. It’s these type of bands with this type of attitude that helps the live music scene produce good fruit, ordinarily we would never be able to afford such good quality! Bigfeat = professional musicians with their heads not blown up!”
